I can't help you with this...it really is up to you! Both locations are beautiful,run by funny, charming, dedicated & talented people who I'm proud to call friends. Both locations are surrounded by wonderful, natural & local food...from the ducks, Armagnac and foie gras of Gascony to the jamon, fino and wild mountain honey of Andalucia.
